Fifty Fifteen Properties, LLC is a commercial property investor and maintenance company. "Fifty Fifteen" summarizes our philosophy of doing business with safety for both our investors and tenants.

Our properties, based upon current appraisals have a cumulative equity position of at least twice as much as the debth, a 50% equity; mortgages do not exceed the term of 15 years. The asset to debt ratios of two-to-one as well as mortgage length cannot be changed except by unanimous consent of LLC members.

BARRINGTON CENTER - 2800 N. 2nd Street, Rogers, Arkansas. Currently the property is fully leased by Northwest Arkansas Community College.
